music Hilary Hahn - A Violin Virtuoso

Hilary Hahn is a tremendously talented American violinist. She is a two-time Grammy Award winner. She has performed throughout the world, both as a soloist and a recitalist. Her styles of playing possess an enormous technique and interpretive wisdom.
Hilary Hahn was born in Lexington, Virginia, USA. One month before her fourth birthday, she started playing the violin in the Suzuki Program. At five until reaching ten, she studied under Klara Berkovich - an Odessa native. At
Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, she studied under Jascha Brodsky until reaching 16 where she had already completed her university requirements. At this early age, she was able to make her solo debuts with the Philadelphia and Cleveland orchestras, Baltimore and Pittsburgh symphony orchestras, and the New York Philharmonic. In order to finish her Bachelor's Degree, she has to take further courses in languages, literature and writing. The moment she received her Bachelor's Degree at the age of 19, she was already a full-time exploring performer.
Hahn is known as one of the world's best violinists who possess both enormous technique and interpretative wisdom. She entices heavenly sounds from her instrument which captivates her audience time after time.
Hahn plays her violin extraordinarily, with radiantly vibrant tone in every register and dynamic tones, and perfect technique which she phrases whatever melody she's playing and allows it to unfold. The pureness of her tone and nothing out of tune has made her music career feat.
Hahn embarked on her recording career at the age of 16. She has released numerous albums on Sony label and the Deutsche Grammophon, in addition to three DVDs, an award-winning recording for children, an Oscar-nominated movie soundtrack, and various accumulations. Her recordings encompass a range of repertoire including Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Vaughan Williams, Paganini, Stravinsky, Elgar, Tchaikovsky, and many others. She still considered Bach to be one of her most significant touchstones among all known works in the classical list. Her distinct approach to music shows a remarkable skill to honor the traditional violin literature.
She has been entitled as the Best Young Classical Musician at the age of 21 by Time Magazine. Her first Grammy win came in 2003 for her Brahms and Stravinsky concerto album. Her second Grammy win came in 2009 for her recording combining the Schoenberg and Sibelius concerti. She got the title of Best Instrumental Soloist Performance with Orchestra in these two Grammy awards.
